Welcome to Next Page (“the App”). By using the App you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1) What the App Does

Next Page helps you search for books, scan ISBN barcodes, organize a bookshelf, and optionally analyze book descriptions with AI to surface content themes. AI outputs are automated, may be incomplete or inaccurate, and are for informational and educational purposes only—not professional advice or a guarantee of book content.

2) Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be 13+ (or the age of digital consent in your region).
• Keep your credentials secure; you’re responsible for activity on your account.
• You may delete your account at any time in My Account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

3) Subscriptions & Billing

Some features require a paid subscription. Prices, terms, and free-trial availability are shown in-app before purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled in your Apple ID settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Partial refunds are not provided for unused time.

4) Content Sources & IP

Book metadata and covers come from the Google Books API and other rights holders. We don’t guarantee accuracy of third-party data. All trademarks, logos, and content remain the property of their respective owners. Do not upload or share content you don’t have rights to share.

5) Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Interfere with, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the App or its security.
• Abuse scanning, reporting, or feedback tools (e.g., spam).
